Can Someone Design A Book Cover For Me?

I am self publishing a book online and I need a book cover. I'm no good at using Photoshop and all that and it costs an arm and a leg to get a book cover designed. Is there anyone who is good with that sort of thing that would be willing to collaborate with me and make a book cover for me? I will give you full credit on my novel for making it once it's published.
