I don't know any books but I know a good forum where there are a lot of Internet marketers who write these books. There is a wealth of information on this forum and you can also advertise your website for free when you recieve credits. You get credits for posting and reading posts. Also you can ask questions and get expert responses so hold off on purchasing any book until you check this out. Here is the link.

Try Power Linking by Jack Humphrey. He wrote the 1st edition in 2002 and it's now in 5th edition. I liked it and it helped me a lot.
