You can search online for a publisher. I personally do all my research and submissions online. There are many websites that list contact information for agents and publishers also. Just search for "children's writer" and you will find loads of information. The two sites that I can think of right now are "The Purple Crayon" and "Predators and Editors" but there are hundreds more.
