Do you know of any non-fiction books written about the atrocities committed by the Soviet Army in WWII?

I have found plenty of books about Japanese WWII atrocities as well as German atrocities, what about the Soviet atrocities and for that matter, the U.S. atrocities?

I don't quite understand your question: what atrocities do you expect the liberating armies to have committed? It sounds logical that many books describe the German, Japanese and other members of the Axis atrocities, but I don't know what your question refers to.

Answer 3

Book about atrocities are usually written by the victims. The Germans I have met have horror stories about the Soviet Army and if you looked for books publish in German you would probably be more successful. There are books about the fire bombing of German cities and Tokyo and a number about Hiroshima
