Do you know of any non-fiction books written about the atrocities committed by the Soviet Army in WWII?
I have found plenty of books about Japanese WWII atrocities as well as German atrocities, what about the Soviet atrocities and for that matter, the U.S. atrocities?

I don't quite understand your question: what atrocities do you expect the liberating armies to have committed?
It sounds logical that many books describe the German, Japanese and other members of the Axis atrocities, but I don't know what your question refers to. Answer 3
Book about atrocities are usually written by the victims. The Germans I have met have horror stories about the Soviet Army and if you looked for books publish in German you would probably be more successful.
