Do you need to include the literary agents information if you are sending them a query through e-mail?
Because I am working on a query right now that I am going to send out through e-mail and was wondering if you had to include the literary agents information such as where they live and whatnot.

That's probably not necessary. It's more necessary to add all your information, like your phone number, address, and e-mail address. The only thing you might want to put is the agency the agent works at, like "Jeff Kleinman at so and so agency". Answer 2
The name of the agent will suffice. Just include your contact information. I've read from some writers that agents have called them.
If you need help writing your query or need feedback before you send it off then post it at http://www.absolutewrite.com/forums under the Share Your Work - Queries section. You need to be registered to see it.
The following blogs by literary agents gives good information and examples of good query letters that you can reference.
