Neha, You don't contact publishers, you contact literary agents. Buy a copy of Writer's Market for the current year (2012 is probably out already) and look for an agent that handles your genre. You'll send a query letter (by email if they allow), and wait to hear a response. Follow the guidelines to a T. PJ M
