I love writing and reading. It is my goal to get a book published and I want to know if I should work for a publishing company when I graduate college...will getting a book published be easier working at a publishing company?

It might help you network and find someone to read your manuscript quickly but it won't get you published unless your book is of a high quality. Getting a job in publishing is just as hard as getting a book published. There are many people that want to work in that industry, so you'll have a lot of competition - from people who actually want to work there because it's what they want to do for a living and not because they just want to try to get a book published.
