That every book writer uses. What is it. I am only asking casue I'm 17 and am working on my first book.

all you need is a line, problems (as many as you want) climax, resolution (to the amount of problems), final resolution. that is all, but having a climax is major, you wont capture anyone's attention without it

You can write it however you want but when it comes to submitting it to an agent or publisher there are standard requirements about page layout, font and font size, etc. This information is available many places but a good source is The Writers Market which is a book you should read anyway, if you are serious about publishing your work.
