I have this scrip for my very first scene in my idea and warner bro's said i had to have an literary agent thats assosiated to them so can anyone give me the links to those certain people and please no mean answers. :)

There's no such thing as a 'literary agent' for a screenwriter. Literary agents represent novelists. You don't need an agent, you need to finish your screenplay. Agents don't work for studios. They work for whoever hires them - the writers.

Agencies are broken into two divisions. Literary and Talent. Talent of course handles Actors, Directors, etc. Literary handles Writers and Screenwriters. Don't kid yourself, Agents work for themselves. They might represent you as a writer and you may have the ability to fire them but you approached them because of who they know and what they can do for you. There's a number of ways to figure out who has what contacts at whatever studio. Read the trades, see who is selling to whom. Agents are always mentioned with the sale. No studio is going to look at you without some form of representation, be it an agent or an entertainment lawyer. I'm a produced Screenwriter.
