There aren't any publishing companies (not non-scams, at any rate) who have the slightest interest in how old you are. All they care about is how well you write. Look at who published the books you enjoy which are similar to the one you have written. Those are good companies.

Naivety at it's best. That's not how publishing works. Most large publishers publish YOUNG ADULT (Not "teen" - understand the terminology if you want to be published). And, most large publishers don't accept unagented manuscripts. And, do you think you're the only one who wants to communicate with an editor about your book? Take a number and get in line. That's just one reason they don't do it and it's not even the main reason. If you want feedback on your book then find a critique partner or critique group - where the writers are much better than you.
