What is the best publisher to publish a fiction vampire book?
and what is it's website?
All Answers To QuestionsAnswer 1
There's really not a specific one suited for just a 'fiction vampire' book. Stephenie Meyer herself chose Little, Brown and Company for her book, but they never restricted themselves to a certain genre. But you have to find an agent first, before you try to publish, since most publishing companies don't accept manuscripts directly from unknown authors. So getting an agent may be the time for worrying about what genre. Agents may only chose clients writing Sci-Fi, or Fantasy. Try Writer's Digest or Writer's Market to help.

Best of luck. Answer 3
If you are looking for self-publishing companies to publish your book, I know of a few companies that practically holds court to everything a book needs from getting you your copyright, book cover design customization, layout consultation, copyediting and even marketing – at affordable costs.
Xlibris is one of those companies that cater to practically all book requirements. You are free to send your materials through email (which is of course faster) or snail mail. Soft copies are better than hard copies for you to at least have the originals just in case you might need more of those. Bottomline, you can send in your materials on ways that works for you because you will be assigned to a production team who will take care of those.
Normally, self-publishing companies practically publishes all sorts of genre except pornography and hate literature – this kind of principle is exercised by Xlibris, too. Say you wanted to write something that you know you are an expert of and your book is close to that of a manual or reference kind, no one is going to tell you that your book is not gospel.
You might want to take into consideration the sources that you have acquired to complete this project and strengthen the foundation you have laboriously built by your influential references.
Self-publishing entirely means that you get to retain full control of your book’s production and that it gives you the option to publish your work and claim authority of the particular subject matter that you have written about.
