What would be the right kind of format for the book I'm writing on Microsoft Word?
I am currently using
*Double space
*Courier New font size 13
*Margins of 1.5 (top, bottom, left and right)
What would be the best format to use, and also, what is the format for the Harry Potter books, or the Percy Jackson series? I would really appreciate it, thanks.

The fact that you're using MS-Word is irrelevant.
The ms format is not the same as the format seen in books. Unless we have contacts at the publishers of the books you mention, we are unlikely to know what format(s) prevailed. And that's irrelevant also.
Different experts give different answers to parts of this question, courier or time new roman, size 12 or 13.
Also, there are other considerations, such as justifying text, page numbering, handling new chapters, etc.
One of the most sensible, comprehensive and brief descriptions of everything you need to know that I've seen is from Mel Menzies at the web-page identified below.
