NEW BOOK NARRATED BY A FETUS – WOMB CHILD

By Queen

(CHICAGO, Illinois) – A new Pulitzer-nominated book, titled “Womb Child” is the fascinating story of a fetus
named Israel and his nine-month journey “on the inside.” The entire story is narrated by Israel-the fetus as he
hears and reacts to everything “on the outside.” Just in time for Mother’s Day, this is a great story for anyone
who has wondered what a fetus is really thinking. The book explores what would happen if an individual was never born
and the great impact it would have on the entire world.

“Every individual has something special that will potentially change the world,” said author Alethea
Pascascio, who is a speaker and author of two other books. “I asked myself what the world would have been like if those who had made great accomplishments or inventions had
never been born.”

The story begins as Israel, a fetus, reveals he will one day negotiate peace between two countries on the brink of
nuclear war. He is also passionately determined to remember his life as a fetus and fulfill his purpose in life. However,
when circumstances “on the outside” spiral out of control with his 28-year-old parents, it is unsure if Israel will
ever get a chance to be born and eventually save the world.

“I prayed for a story that was different from others and out came Womb Child,” said Pascascio. “I wanted a story
that would provoke thought within people. Every person has a purpose but that’s not something many think about when
considering a baby inside of his or her mother.”

The story deals with highly-charged themes and controversial topics.

“We should consider a baby’s potential as an answer and problem solver in the world, not only their potential
liabilities, before they are born.”

An excerpt:
"Although many incidents happen, none are accidents – not
even who your parents are. Everyone comes to earth this
way but seem to forget the process by the time they are
old enough to tell it. But not me. I plan on remembering
and telling everything.”

To pre-order the 180-page book prior to its release date (May 1, 2008), visit: www.amazon.com or your local bookstore.

Alethea Pascascio is the author of two other books
including “Bag Lady” and “A Woman’s Guide To Strategically
Position Men In Her Life.” She is also a speaker and gives
seminars on the topics of forgiveness, self-publishing,
and achieving goals.
