i need help with writing a book?

i dont want to get it published or anything. I already wrote out the simple plot the genre, the setting, and the characters. Now what should i do?? If i should start writing, then what am i supposed to put into my first chapter becasue im afraid i might get to far into the story to fast and not have enough to write a full book. The help would be much appreciated.
